Enrolment is the final step in joining Moulton College.
This is where you confirm your place, complete any remaining checks and prepare to start your course. We aim to make the enrolment process as simple and straightforward as possible.
What is enrolment
Enrolment is when you:
- confirm your place on a course
- provide any required information or documents
- receive details about starting college
You will be sent an email containing your joining instructions a few months before you are due to start your course.
The enrolment process
Instructions will be sent out in June about how and when to enrol. If you have not received these please contact our Student Services Team.
If your offer to study at Moulton College was conditional on you achieving certain grades in your exams you will need to upload your exam results through an online link that will be sent to you via email.
You will also need to upload a photograph which will be used for your student ID badge.
The final stage will be when you come into the College. We will check your ID (passport, etc) and ask you to sign a Learning Agreement which is your contract to study at Moulton College.
Need help?
If you have any questions about enrolment, our team will be happy to help. Alternatively check out the FAQs below.
Don't worry. Upload your grades through the online link and they will be reviewed by our tutors. If you haven't met the grades required for your chosen course they will contact you to discuss next steps. You may need to change to a lower level course or resit your English and maths alongside your main subject.
If you have met the entry requirements for a higher level course the tutor will consider the potential to change your course. Upload your grades through the online link and your tutor will be in touch if this is an option for you.
No, you must complete the process yourself but we’re happy for you to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their help throughout the process.
It is not a scary or difficult process, but you might want their help, so feel free to have them nearby. If you have a hearing impairment, then a parent or guardian can speak on your behalf.

If you feel you have not received this please email [email protected] and we will get this to you. The letter contains all the information you will require to apply for your loan.
