At Moulton College we work with a range of employers across the different industry sectors for our courses. This relationship is critical to ensure that we are training our students in the skills and knowledge that their future employers will be looking for.
Employers shaping curriculum
Although our tutors are following content set by the awarding bodies, we are also focussed on teaching the skills that employers need in their future workforce.
Through network events and employer ambassadors we gather feedback about employers' skills gaps. Building these into our teaching gives our students an advantage when they start to look at next steps, in work or education.
Raising aspirations
Students regularly benefit from guest speakers and careers fairs at Moulton College. These events raise awareness of the opportunities available in their sector and help them to build useful contacts for the future.
Real life work experience
We are delighted to have the support of a substantial number of employers who give students the opportunity to experience the world of work; either on work experience or a longer T-Level work placement.
