All [sessions] were useful. Being able to have open discussions with HR and the Principal made me feel included and already a part of the organisation. We were well looked after. The food was very good and the different sessions were well structured to give a taste of what the College values, and expects from staff. On both days I left on a high note and feel ready to start the new academic year looking forward to the challenges and the rewards.’

Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge and help you succeed. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and I feel trusted to do my job while being encouraged to develop and try new things. What I value most is knowing that the work we do makes a real difference, and that staff wellbeing is taken seriously. It’s a place where people are respected, listened to, and given opportunities to grow.

I really appreciated the chance to learn how to use the tools needed for my daily role and to work through the training before getting stuck into the role itself. This has allowed me to feel prepared to start without having to balance learning my specific role requirements, as well as training about the College as a whole. I also really enjoyed meeting different colleagues, and I'm glad that I now know people to say hello to outside of my department.

Moulton is a unique place to work. You are surrounded by nature and this creates a very different feel to other FE colleges I have worked in. Staff genuinely care about the students across the organisation but what I love most about working here is the Team Moulton ethos. Colleagues support each other and want to see the College succeed.
