Whether you're deciding what to do next, applying to university, thinking about an apprenticeship or getting ready to start work, we are here to support you every step of the way.
All students have access to careers guidance during their time at college including students aged 19-25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Support you will get
- Careers advice you can trust - independent, impartial, and focused on what is right for you
- One-to-one support and group sessions
- Up-to-date information about jobs, courses and career options
- Help exploring different pathways, including university, apprenticeships and work
Developing employability skills
We help students develop the skills employers are looking for.
This may include support with:
- writing CVs and applications
- preparing for interviews
- building confidence in the workplace
- understanding professional expectations
These skills help students feel prepared for life after college.

Paige Hodson
Careers Lead
Meet Paige, our dedicated Careers Lead who started her journey with Moulton College in August 2022. Paige is committed to guiding students through the process of discovering fulfilling career paths.
Paige has worked in education for over six years now, in a medial provision and at Moulton where she started as a Careers Advisor. She enjoys many aspects of her current role but specifically,
I enjoy being able to support students find their potential and reach their career goals. Showing students they don’t have to know the answers straight away, their career is a journey.

A memorable moment for Paige was having her hard work and dedication appreciated by winning December 2025's Staff Member of the Month.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with family and friends and even restoring her beloved classic Volkswagen Beetle named Timothy.
