Within our pricing structure we have aimed to provide good value for money and options to reduce costs, including shared rooms and five day week contracts.

Accommodation fees for students aged 16-18
All of our accommodation for students aged 16-18 is located at our Moulton campus and includes breakfast and an evening meal (half-board). You will need to pay an initial deposit of £250 to secure your residential application. You will then be charged an annual fee, depending upon the type of room and how many nights a week you stay on campus.

Accommodation fees for students aged 18+
Your accommodation will either be located at our Moulton or Holcot campuses, both located closely to college facilities. All accommodation for students aged 18 and over at the start of their course is provided on a self-catering basis. Communal kitchens are available within the residential blocks and you can also choose to purchase meals at the college canteens.

Please note
- These fees are subject to change for subsequent years.
- Age is age on 1 September of the relevant academic year.
- The five days per week option is only valid for Sunday - Friday morning.
- All students have to vacate their rooms during Christmas, Easter and Summer holiday periods.
Financial support and bursaries
If you are aged under 19 on 31 August of the year your full-time course starts, you can access financial support for costs such as transport, accommodation, course uniform or PPE and childcare. To qualify your annual household income must be £30,000 or less.
If you are aged 19 or over you can access bursary funds to help towards the cost of course fees, transport, accommodation, course uniform or PPE and childcare. The funding is available if you are from a low income family and assessments will be made against identified needs.

The Studley Trust
If you are studying an Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry or Arboriculture course and are over 18 years old you could be eligible for the Studley College Trust Fund.
Studley College Trust Fund provides financial support in the form of student bursaries for study and training activities in the land-based industries, to a maximum of £2,000 in any academic year.
You are eligible to be considered for an award from the Studley College Trust Fund if you study one of our following courses and are over 18 years old:
- Agriculture
- Arboriculture & Forestry
- Horticulture
By applying for the Studley College Fund you could get financial support towards course fees, accommodation costs, food, transport, books and study materials, protective clothing where this is a necessary part of the curriculum, external test/examination fees and course study trips.
The deadline for the completed application is 1 June.
