Leanne's experience in animal welfare and management continued with her BSc in Zoo Biology, where she travelled to Botswana to do an official animal tracking course and interned at Knowsley Safari before securing a permanent job.
She moved on to Twycross Zoo to gain more experience with different animal species, focusing on hoof-stock, and then transitioned into education, teaching FE students animal management courses, where she currently works.
Leanne's passion for animal welfare and management is evident in the way she teaches and trains her students. She is an inspiration to the next generation of animal keepers and continues to make a positive impact in the field.
