Our student accommodation includes purpose-built residential blocks with modern student bedrooms and shared living areas.

Yes. We have a dedicated residential team who support students living on campus. We also have 24/7 security who keep the campus secure and students safe.
Our student accommodation is located on the Moulton College campus, so you are only a short walk from your classes, workshops and student services.

We offer both single room and shared (2 people) room options. All rooms are en-suite and also have access to shared kitchen and communal areas where students can cook, relax and spend time with other residential students.
Yes. Moulton College provides accommodation for students under and over 18.

Yes. The best way to see our accommodation is to take a tour during one of our Open Events held throughout the year.

Accommodation costs vary depending on your age, the room type (single or shared), and how many nights per week you would like to stay on campus.

If you are studying an agriculture, horticulture, forestry or arboriculture course, and are aged over 18 years old, you could be eligible for the Studley College Trust Fund which can be used towards a range of costs including accommodation. In addition we also have financial bursary schemes for households with an annual income of £30,000 or less.
More details about bursaries and financial support will be provided when you submit your application to study at Moulton College.
A non-refundable deposit of £250 secures your room application and this will become your caution money (damage deposit). Fees are due before the start of each term.
All under 18s are catered for on a half-board basis. Students have breakfast and an evening meal in the main canteen.
Students aged 18 or over on the 31 August of the year they start their residential contract are self-catered with communal kitchen and dining areas available within their residential blocks. They can also choose to purchase meals in the student canteens.
Students should bring personal items to make their room comfortable, including bedding, towels and everyday essentials.

Yes. Many students choose to go home at weekends, while others stay on campus. Our pricing structure includes the option for five days a week to reduce the cost for students who choose to go home.
Visitors may be allowed at certain times, but this is managed carefully to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residential students.
