Training and delivery

Apprentices spend most of their time in the workplace, gaining practical experience, alongside structured training delivered by Moulton College.

Training is designed to be flexible and relevant to the role, helping apprentices apply their learning directly within your business. The majority of our apprentices spend one day per week in college however alternative study models, including block release, are also available for some programmes.

We can guide you through the process and discuss the options available for your business.
