Our Construction Management courses teach you how to design, plan and deliver construction projects. You’ll work with industry software and practise your surveying skills across our 1,000-acre estate.

Our T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning is a Level 3 course and equivalent to three A-Levels. It combines classroom learning with a substantial industry placement. You’ll gain key work experience and build your confidence by working in a real construction setting.
We also offer a Higher National Certificate in Construction Management: Site Supervisor. This higher‑level qualification further develops skills and knowledge and is suited for students who want to go into more technical or management roles.
