Driver - 30 hours per week

Do you enjoy being on the road and making a difference every day? We are looking for a Casual Driver to join our Transport team at Moulton College. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values safety, reliability, and excellent service. Experience driving a minibus is not essential. Applicants require a full, clean driving license with D1 entitlement and a willingness to train. We are currently looking for someone who can work mornings between 6 am and 9 am and 3:30pm – 6:30pm (split shift) – 30 hours per week. This role is ideal if you have some availability during the week – whether you’re waiting for your first full-time position, between roles, or simply looking for fewer hours to fit around other commitments. Your Duties

You will:

• Transport students to college in the morning and transport students from college in the afternoon.
• Transport students and staff safely between college sites.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure compliance with college policies during journeys.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to keep our fleet in top condition.

Person Specification

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

• Full, clean UK driving licence with D1 entitlement.
